Finding it still quite difficult to comprehend all this new technology out there. I am sure it is quite useful to some Libraries and some of our staff will probably be able to use some of these applications.

Podcasts seem to be better that the previoius AnswerBoards.

I can see that this would be great for sharing between Libraries.

I love the Tag clouds. You just want to click on to them. I still find it hard to carry out some of these applications without a lot of help.

I find there is not enough instruction on how to imbed a video on YouTube for beginners I had to have help from my colleagues. I can see it would be very useful.

We are just getting used to using Wiki in our Library. It keeps everyone up-to-date on what is going on. I find it a very useful tool.

All the links that I looked at were of American content, not Australian, which I found most disappointing. I agree that it is a good idea for everyone to be able to communicate through this function.

My Scottish Hero

As I am of Scottish heritage, Sean Connery is my ideal man. He may be getting long in the tooth, but he has aged well.

My Blog

I am just learning about 2.0 and hope my mentor has a lot of patience. As I am of the older generation, it is quite a monumental change.
I hope to be able to learn all I can to keep up with the rest of the Library Staff.
I haven't read a lot of blogs at the moment but do find them very interesting.
There is definitely a use for blogs inside the library, especially as time goes by.
